You pay for an action
Pick a timed action (mute ban, one-mic policy, special room policy), set the duration, and check out. Your order page is created instantly.

Moderators get pinged
Admins receive an email + SMS with a one-tap link straight to your order's live timer. No digging through dashboards.

Moderator hits Start
The moment they press Start in the room, the countdown begins. Your order page updates in real time — no refresh needed.

Action executes live
The mic policy is enforced, the speaker is moved, or the rule kicks in. The animated ring drains as time elapses.

Auto-delivery at zero
When the timer expires (or the moderator ends it early), your order is automatically marked Delivered. No manual toggling.

You get notified
An email confirms completion. If you opted in to SMS in your account, you'll get a text too. Receipt and history live in /orders.
What to watch for on YOUR order page
- Grey dot · "Waiting for moderator to start" — your payment is in. The moderator hasn't pressed Start yet. Hang tight.
- Pink pulsing dot · "Live · in room" — the action is being executed right now. The countdown ticks down in real time on your screen.
- Green dot · "Delivered" — timer hit zero or moderator ended early. You'll get an email (and SMS if opted in) confirming completion.
