Straight answers.
What is OVERSTIMULATED LIVE?
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE is a live social audio entertainment platform where the audience pays to influence what happens in the room — music, mic control, policy, mutes, removals, and exclusive clips.
What am I paying for?
Digital entertainment services. Every purchase triggers a real-time action inside our live audio room or unlocks digital media access.
Are purchases physical goods?
Live actions, clip purchases, and memberships are digital services — nothing physical ships from those. The OS / CORE apparel sold through our Shop is physical merchandise and ships worldwide. The two product lines have separate refund and shipping terms.
How are services delivered?
Live actions are executed by the room moderator inside the active live audio room. Clip purchases unlock digital streaming access immediately.
What happens after payment?
You receive an instant confirmation. Live actions are queued and executed by moderators in real time. Clips become available to stream right away.
Are clip purchases digital?
Yes. Clips are recorded digital media that you stream or unlock from your account.
How do mute bans work?
A mute ban silences a speaker's mic for the paid duration. $1 per minute, 5-minute minimum, applied as soon as the moderator confirms.
How do mic policy actions work?
All mic policy actions (1 Mic Policy, Special Room) run on a duration model: $1 per minute with a 5-minute minimum. You pick the length at checkout and the policy stays active for that window.
How do music requests work?
$10 plays half a song (about 90 seconds). $20 plays the full track. Requests are queued and dropped by the live DJ.
Can songs be interrupted or talked over?
Yes. Standard half-song and full-song requests play through the room's open audio — speakers can still talk, sing, or react over them, and another paid action can override or cut the track. The exceptions are spotlight songs: a Half Spotlight Song ($25) protects a 90-second cut and a Spotlight Song ($35) protects a full track. During either, anyone who speaks or sings is sent to the audience until the song ends, giving the buyer protected, uninterrupted play.
Spotlight Song rules — how does the no-interruption protection work?
Spotlight songs are the only music actions on OVERSTIMULATED LIVE that lock the room's audio to the buyer. There are two tiers: Half Spotlight Song ($25) protects a 90-second cut, and Spotlight Song ($35) protects the full track from start to finish. Interruption behavior: while a spotlight is playing, the room is in protected mode — anyone who speaks, sings, hums, or talks over the track is automatically routed to the audience by the moderator and stays in the audience until the song ends, at which point they can rejoin the speaker floor. Standard half-song ($10) and full-song ($20) requests do NOT carry this protection and can be talked or sung over freely. Like every paid action, spotlights can still be overridden using the double-to-play system — a $25 half spotlight costs $50 to cut, a $35 full spotlight costs $70 to cut.
How do override / save actions work?
Every paid action can be overridden. Overriding costs double what was paid. Insured: four times. Either side can keep countering at double again until one side stops. In Quick Pay you just type the name and the amount you heard.
What happens if a removed person gets saved later?
Remove: the room has 2 minutes to save them (double what was paid). Once a save is paid, anyone has 5 minutes to counter it at double again; every counter opens a fresh 5 minutes. When 5 minutes pass with no counter, the last payment stands. Bring back any time at double what was paid; after a bring-back the same 5-minute counter applies.
How long does a OVERSTIMULATED LIVE room run?
Each live room runs for 12 hours, and OVERSTIMULATED LIVE opens 2 rooms every 24 hours. New rooms can also be spun up mid-cycle when a removed person is saved (see the removal/revival rule).
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with end-to-end encryption. OVERSTIMULATED LIVE never stores your card details.
Are refunds available?
Because services are digital and executed live, all sales are generally final. Limited exceptions apply when an action couldn't be executed, a clip failed to unlock, or a payment was duplicated. Email Dahome@overstimulatedch.com within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Who operates OVERSTIMULATED LIVE?
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE is operated by Overstimulated LLC, a registered business entity in US. Full company details are on the Business page.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register, participate, or make purchases on the platform.
What are OS chips?
OS chips are free play money for the arcade. They are never sold and you can never buy them — not with cash, not with credits.
How do I get chips?
You start with 1,000. You pick up 200 more the first game you finish each day, plus prizes for tournaments and the weekly ladder.
Can chips turn into money?
No. Chips stay in the arcade. They cannot be cashed out, transferred or converted into anything — they are for bragging rights.
