Types of messages you may receive

• Going-live alerts — short notifications when an OVERSTIMULATED LIVE room opens.
• Order & reservation updates — receipts, shipment confirmations, and status changes for purchases or merch reservations.
• Account & security messages — password resets, login verification, and account-related notices.
• Event reminders — reminders for events you opted into (e.g. ticketed shows, drops).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the alerts you opt into. Most subscribers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. OVERSTIMULATED LIVE does not charge for SMS messages.

How to opt in

You can opt in to OVERSTIMULATED LIVE SMS by selecting SMS or Both, entering your mobile number, and clicking "Subscribe & opt in to SMS" on our notification signup, account notification settings. Email is the default option; SMS and Both are optional. You can use the site, create an account, and make purchases without opting in to SMS. You may also rejoin by replying START to a message from us after previously opting out. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from OVERSTIMULATED LIVE at that number. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using OVERSTIMULATED LIVE.

How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again using the methods above or reply START.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

Mobile information (your phone number, opt-in status, and consent records) is collected solely to operate this SMS program and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
