Refund & Digital Fulfillment Policy

Overstimulated LLC (operating as OVERSTIMULATED LIVE) sells two distinct product lines, each with its own refund terms. (1) Digital live-service products — live in-room actions, clip unlocks, room credits, and memberships — are performed in real time and follow the all-sales-final + 24-hour zero-use policy below. (2) Physical apparel sold through the OS / CORE shop ships worldwide and follows the separate apparel return terms in the "OS / CORE apparel returns" section.

What you are buying (digital live-service)

You are paying for live, real-time labor and airtime — moderators executing mutes, escalations, mic-policy enforcement, hype, clip unlocks, and other live actions inside an OVERSTIMULATED LIVE audio room. Once that work is performed, it cannot be returned, undone, or recovered. This is fundamentally different from buying a physical product or revocable software access.

All sales are final (digital live-service)

By completing checkout for a digital live-service product you acknowledge and agree that: — Live actions (mutes, bans, mic policies, escalations, overrides, save actions, hype, etc.) are non-refundable the moment a moderator begins executing them. — Room credit purchases are non-refundable once issued to your account. — Membership tiers (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Operator) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Included room credit is granted up front and is considered delivered. — Clip purchases are non-refundable once the clip is unlocked, streamed, or downloaded. — Override / escalation / buyout purchases are competitive bidding mechanics. They are non-refundable even if you are subsequently overridden by another participant.

24-hour zero-use exception (digital live-service)

Within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a refund on a digital live-service product ONLY if ALL of the following are true: — No live action tied to the purchase has been executed, queued, or started by a moderator. — No room credit from the purchase has been spent, applied, or reserved. — No membership perk (Operator mic time, override discounts, priority queue, etc.) has been used. — No clip from the purchase has been streamed or downloaded. If any of the above has occurred, the purchase is considered delivered and is no longer eligible. Email Dahome@overstimulatedch.com from the email on the order with your Stripe receipt and session ID. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Why there is no 14-day window on digital live-service

OVERSTIMULATED LIVE live-service is not an inventory or SaaS business. Our admins and moderators expend real, non-recoverable labor and airtime the moment a purchase is delivered. A long refund window would allow a buyer to use every perk, credit, escalation, and minute of mic time their tier entitles them to and then reclaim the money — leaving our team uncompensated for hours of live work already performed. To protect the moderators, admins, and other paying members who keep the room running, we operate live-service on an all-sales-final model with a narrow 24-hour zero-use exception. Physical apparel orders are different and follow the apparel return terms below.

OS / CORE apparel returns (physical goods)

Physical apparel and accessories purchased through the OS / CORE shop are returnable under standard physical-goods terms: — Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. — Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error. — Defective or incorrect items: contact Dahome@overstimulatedch.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement at your choice, subject to stock. — Final-sale items, gift cards, and clearly marked archive / numbered-edition pieces are not returnable unless defective. — Returns are inspected on arrival; items returned worn, washed, or without tags will be declined and returned to sender at the buyer's cost. To start a return, email Dahome@overstimulatedch.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection.

Memberships and cancellation

You may cancel any membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. The current billing cycle remains active until its end date so you keep access to any unspent credit and perks you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund the current cycle once it has begun, because the included room credit was granted in full at the start of the cycle.

Limited platform-error refunds

Independent of the 24-hour window, refunds may be issued at OVERSTIMULATED LIVE's sole discretion when: — A paid live action could not be executed at all due to a verifiable platform outage on our side. — A clip purchase failed to unlock and could not be resolved by support. — A payment was duplicated or charged in error due to a technical issue. — The transaction is the result of demonstrable unauthorized use of a payment method.

How to request a refund

Email Dahome@overstimulatedch.com with your Stripe receipt, the order / session ID, the room and approximate timestamp, and a clear description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Refunds requested outside the 24-hour zero-use window or the platform-error cases above will be declined.

Chargebacks

Please contact Dahome@overstimulatedch.com before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed on delivered live actions, used credits, or active memberships are considered friendly fraud and will be contested with Stripe using room logs, moderator action records, and this policy as evidence. Accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently terminated.
