The fine print
- Credits never expire while your account is in good standing. They are non-transferable — one account, no gifting or selling.
- Cancel anytime from your member portal. Your current billing cycle stays active, future renewals stop, and credits already banked stay yours until they're spent. No proration.
- 24-hour cooling-off on every membership charge. You get a full refund any time in the first 24 hours — unless you've already used a perk (spent credit, logged mic time, or used an Operator discount), which closes the window early.
- Renewal failures trigger Stripe's automatic retries. Perks pause until payment recovers. No catch-up credits.
