The fine print

Credits never expire while your account is in good standing. They are non-transferable — one account, no gifting or selling.
Cancel anytime from your member portal. Your current billing cycle stays active, future renewals stop, and credits already banked stay yours until they're spent. No proration on monthly plans. On yearly plans, the unearned portion of the up-front annual credit (remaining months ÷ 12 × annual total) is reclaimed from your wallet if you cancel before the year ends; already-spent credit is not invoiced.
24-hour cooling-off on every membership charge. You get a full refund any time in the first 24 hours — unless you've already used a perk (spent credit, logged mic time, or used an Operator discount), which closes the window early.
Renewal failures trigger Stripe's automatic retries. Perks pause until payment recovers. No catch-up credits.
